The four letter words “LIFE” could be defined as EXISTENCE.
Many individuals explain in their own words what the word “LIFE” is;
Hellen Keller: Life is either a glorious adventure or its
nothing at all.
John Oliver Killens: Life is a short walk. There is so
little time and so much things to achieve.
John Henry Newman: fear not that your life shall come to an
end but rather that it shall never have a beginning.
Christopher Morley: Life is foreign language. All men
mispronounce it.
Carl Sandbury: life is like an onion, you peel it loff one
layer at a time, and sometimes you weep.
Yiddish proverb: life is the greatest bargain, we get it for
nothing.

According to wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: life has no
universal definition but rather there are variety of definition proposed by
different scientists.
Conventional definition: life is a characteristic of
organisms that exhibit the following phenomenon;
Homeostasis: regulation of the internal environment to
maintain a constant style.
Organization: being composed of one or more cells, which are
the basic unit of life.
Metabolism: consumption of energy by converting non-living
material into cellular components(anabolism) decomposing organic matter
(catabolism).
Growth: maintenance of a higher rate of synthesis than
catalysis.

Adaptation: ability to change over a period of time in
response to environment.
Response to stimuli: a response is often expressed by
motion.

In summary, life is a potentially self-perpetuating open
system of linked organic reactions, catalyzed simultaneously and almost
isothermally by complex chemical (enzyme that are themselves produced by the
open system.
ORIGIN OF LIFE
Life on earth has existed for about 3.7 billion years.
CLASSIFICATION OF LIFE
Traditionally, people have divided organisms into the
classes of plants and animals based mainly in the ability of movement. Life
(living organisms either as a plant or an animal) and their classification.
Life can seem ungrateful and not always kind.
Life can pull at your heart-strings and play with your mind.
Life can be blissful and happy and free.
Life can put beauty in the things that you can see.
Life can place challenges night at your feet.
Life can make good of the hardships we meet.
Life can overwhelm you and make
your head spin
Life can reward those determine
to win.
Life can be hurtful and not
always fair.
Life can surround you with people
who care.
Life clearly does after its up
and its down.
Life’s days can bring you both
smiles and frown.
Life teaches us to take the good with
the bad.
Life is a mixture of happy and
sad events.
So take the life that you have
and give it your best.
Think positively, be happy and
let God do the rest.
You give forgiveness if you
stumble and fall.
Take the love that you’re given
and return it with care.
Have faith that when needed, it will always be there.
Take time to find the beauty in the things that you see.
Take life’s simple pleasures, let them set your heart free.
